Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga balances the mind and body through physical postures or "asanas", controlled breathing, and relaxation. Asanas teach poise, balance and strength and are practiced to improve the body's physical health and calm the mind.

Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar is a form of yoga known for its use of props, such as belts and blocks, to aid in performing asanas (postures) in developing of strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. Iyengar Yoga focuses on the alignment of the body to ensure a strong foundation for all poses.

Ageless Yoga
Ageless yoga is open to everyone, but geared to people over 50 to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance.
